Je gaat je eigen initiatief (onderneming\/organisatie) beter waarnemen en krijgt helderheid over jouw eigen scheppende kracht binnen dat geheel. Door middel van observatie, reflectie en oefening ontdek je de verbinding tussen hoofd, hart en handen, en kun je na een jaar eigenaarschap nemen over:<\/p><ul><li>de organiserende begrippen gelijk, vrij, samen; de onderlinge verhoudingen, wat ze van jou als initiatiefnemer vragen en hoe ze doorwerken in jullie samenwerking. All criticism, tips, questions, comments and proposals are taken seriously and taken into account in the further development of the Course in the Art of Living Together.
